A good life requires a good foundation. The elements such as strength and values make up the person you are today. It dictates your personality and morality. When one strength or quality takes over the other, you present your perspective through that. Too much milk will leave the tea tasteless, and too little milk will make the tea too strong. However, the right measurement of milk keeps the foundation balanced and makes it creamy. Life is all about that balance. Without knowing the measurement of the milk, you just will not be able to execute the taste well, just like in life, without a proper foundation full of customized strength and values, you are unable to find yourself enjoying it.

The Khan Family:
A good life requires a good foundation. I am the third child of my parents, and despite growing up in a conservative South Asian culture where sons get priorities, I have never felt any less than him. For my siblings and me, they provide us with the right amount of support in which I have learned to thrive and succeed. After immigrating to the U.S., my parents became my main pillar of support. They allowed us to flourish into our personalities and test out our weaknesses. I learned what I prioritize through those moments. A foundation like milk helps us to determine a base for our good life.

The Myers Briggs Test:
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator helps an individual determine their personality type. Our personality type is a foundation that determines our social skills and determines their strength with pairs up with our career choice where we have a chance to thrive. To live a good life, we need a career where we see it more than as a job and a social life where we do not exhaust ourselves. This test helped me determine my personality type. An ESFJ type is altruistic and loyal. Even if this test is not an accurate representation of my life, I know the strengths that the ESFJ type has been in the foundation of my life. Improving on the weakness is the step that will make my life rather balanced and good.
Beauty and Brush:

The culture I am from is extremely colorful and lively. No wonder creativity is one of my prominent signature strengths. I grew up keeping my art strictly on paper. Now I transfer those creative sparks on my face. I started playing around with makeup and incorporating those with Bangladeshi fashion; it was my way of putting my country on the map. Makeup has given me a community and made me more open-minded towards people's journey with new things. I want to take my creative strength and create a foundation for Bengali immigrants like me to showcase their art and talent.
